What's Your Elf Name?

A lookup page turns every guest into an elf: your first elf name comes from the first letter of your name, your second from the month you were born (Buttons Twinkletoes, Holly Fruitcake, Jingle Sugarplum). Then everyone makes a name tag and wears it for the rest of the party. A great icebreaker for guests who don't know each other.

How to play

  1. Find the first letter of your first name in the first table: that's your first elf name.
  2. Find the month you were born in the second table: that's your last elf name.
  3. Write your elf name on a name tag, stick it on, and use it for the rest of the party. Anyone caught using a real name does a forfeit!

You need: A pen or marker per guest, Tape or a safety pin for the name tags. What's in it: a name lookup page and a page of name tags.
